Shipping policy

Processing takes 2-3 business days. At most, depending on items ordered, processing may take up to 7 business days. This includes custom items. Pre made orders will be shipped in accordance to the pre order terms. Once order has been processed, your order will be shipped in accordance to your delivery option chosen at checkout. Items are shipped on Wednesday and Saturday of each week. Items are shipped via USPS. Please understand that delays may occur due to holidays, weather and because of this, late arrival of your items are out of the control of KLuxe Designs & Kreations.
