Refund policy

Because of customizations, NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

KLuxe Designs & Kreations does not issue refunds for merchandise, due to items being special ordered and shipped to customers. KLuxe Designs & Kreations does provide customers with a store credit for purchases that may arrive damaged during shipping. Damages must be to the product itself and not the packaging. Items must be in original packaging. Customers have a 3 Business Day Grace Period from delivery to request an exchange or store credit.

We do not provide exchanges or credits for items that have been worn. 

CHARGEBACKS:

Any Customer that processes a chargeback through their bank, will be blacklisted (unable to purchase from KLuxe Designs & Kreations). Furthermore, we will dispute it and file theft of merchandise with our Local police department and legal counsel. We take our products and business seriously, and our goal is to make all of our customers' shopping experiences a positive one.

If your order contains Web design or custom flyers, a contract must be signed

before any work begins. Contracts will be sent to the email provided. No work will be completed without a signed contract.

Premade sells are sent electronically. Please ensure that your email address is

correct. Digital items will only be sent once unless the transmittal is an issue on our end.

Printing services can be shipped or picked up. Printing times vary based on order

request.

Pick-up Policy

Items MUST be picked up during allotted hours of operation. Items will be held for 7 days and then discarded if not picked up during said timeframe. You will receive any funds paid minus the restock fee/retainer (50%). Most items can't be restocked due to customizations, in which they will be disposed of. It is imperative that you, the customer, report any delays that may prevent you from picking up your items within timeframe outlined above. KLuxe Designs & Kreations will work with you to ensure your order is retrieved.

Pick-up times are as follows, holidays and closures may differ. Please contact us before picking up any order.

Sunday- CLOSED

Monday- CLOSED

Tuesday-Friday 10:30am-12pm or 3:30pm-5pm

Saturday 10:30am -3:30pm

All orders will be placed in a designated area. Instructions will be given when your order becomes ready for pickup.
